Cancellations between May 1 and June 13, 2025 are subject to a 50% penalty.

No refunds are given after June 13, 2025.

Registrations are non-transferrable after June 13, 2025.
Participant Information, Acknowledgement, Assumption of Risk and Release

The purpose of this Participant Information, Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk and Release (this “Release”) is to identify each person (“Participant”) who wishes to participate in the 2024 Annual Convention (the “Convention”) for Fish Window Cleaning Services, Inc. (“FISH”) or to participate in FISH-sponsored or FISH-related activities, to obtain the above information about each Participant, and to obtain from each Participant, as a condition to becoming a Participant, the release of FISH from any liability for the Participant’s safety and wellbeing when participating in the Convention and while participating in any FISH-sponsored or FISH-related activities, including optional activities scheduled in conjunction with the Convention. For and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Convention, Participant hereby agrees as follows:

General Release
FISH assumes no, and disclaims all, liability for my safety and well-being while I am a Participant. In consideration of FISH permitting me to be a Participant, I (a) acknowledge and agree that FISH cannot and does not accept any (and expressly disclaims all) responsibility for my safety and well-being while I am participating in the Convention or engaged in any FISH event or activity; and (b) waive all claims arising from my participation in the Convention and my participation in FISH-sponsored or FISH-related activities. Knowing and understanding the risks relating to my being a Participant, I assume all of such risks, and I release and discharge FISH, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (the “FISH Parties”) from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action that I may have, now or in the future, relating to or resulting from any illness or injuries (including death), loss or damage suffered by me while I am a Participant.

Promotional Release
I grant to FISH and its assigns the right and permission to take photographs and audio and video recordings during my participation, and to retain, publish and distribute, without charge or fee, such photographs and audio and video recordings. Without limiting the foregoing, I agree that these images and recordings may be used in publications, including electronic publications and websites, and in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, and in other similar ways. I release and discharge the FISH Parties for any claims, losses, damages or liabilities incurred by me to the extent arising from FISH’s use of the images, likeness, statements or recordings within the scope of my consent set forth above.

Risk of Loss
All risk of loss or damage to Participant, Participant’s invitees or guests, and Participant's equipment, vehicles, and other personal property while on the Premises shall be borne by Participant. Participant shall be solely responsible for securing at Participant’s own expense, any insurance coverage Participant deems necessary.

Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns
The release by Participant contained herein shall be binding upon Participant's heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors, and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the FISH Parties and their successors and assigns.
Participant represents that Participant has read this Release and understands the nature, scope, and type of Participant’s responsibilities hereunder.

Unprofessional Conduct & Harassment
We are committed to hosting all participants in a safe and respectful environment. Unprofessional behavior or harassment of any kind towards any participant, staff member, vendor, exhibitor, hotel staff, other venue staff, or the public, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated.
Consequences for violation of this policy will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the severity of the behavior, the context, as well as any prior incidents. Possible actions may range from a verbal warning to removal from the event without a refund or compensation for any travel fees you may incur.
